“Whenever I bring Rosie to see you, nothing is ever too much trouble for you and your nurses. When you have to take various samples or bloods it is done so carefully and as painlessly as possible. When I have to pick up medication, the nurses are always friendly and if I am unsure about the medication they always take time to go through things carefully.
